This tutorial will show you how to run Devhook so you can play UMD Games and ISO's from your memory stick and through usb from you're computer with you're 1.5 psp

firmwares 2.00, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.71. already decrypted and working ready for use with devhook - put these in the dh folder (MS:0/dh/) and select the firmware ya want to use in the devhook menu

Tutorial

first thing ya need is a copy of the .46 software


1. extract the files using winrar
2. move the .46 folders (PSP and dh) to the root of your memory stick, put the PC folder on yer PC ;)
3. load devhook from your psp game menu
4. configure devhook like this
      UMD SELECT - whatever iso you wish to load (ISO's should be in the ISO folder in the root of yer mem stick) or select "umd disk" if that is what ya want to load
      UMD VERSION - 2.xx -> 2.00
      FIRMWARE - 2.71
      CPU CLOCK - 222/111 aparently any higher than this and wifi may not work
      BOOT SELECT - reboot XMB

FLASH ROM - LEAVE IT ALONE

and that should be it
to change iso just load devhook and press O straight away, and go to UMD SELECT and select whatever iso you require
or after pressing home and going back to the emulated firmwares XMB firmware menu, hold HOME and tap the left trigger, this will toggle between compatible iso's in yer iso folder

to set up infastructure mode, just press the home key during a game and goto network setup, same as always

to adjust the cpu clock speed while in emulated firmware hold HOME and press SELECT (note that 333 and wifi doesnt currently work with 2.71)

to go back to 1.5 mode simply press HOME (whilst running an iso) and press left so your cursor is over the yes button. Hold the followng buttons - left trigger + right trigger + up on the d-pad and tap X, keep left trigger + right trigger + up held down untill it returns to 1.5

To restart whilt in the 2.XX XMB simply load the devhook escape homebrew and you will be restarted to 1.5

..........LOADING ISO'S VIA USB..........

unrar the download and put the dh and PSP folders in thew root of yer memory stick
put the "PC" folder anywhere you wish to keep it on your PC
put any iso's ud like to play in the ISO folder found in the "PC" folder
in devhook goto OTHER/USB OPTION and enable USB
your PC will say its found a new device (PSP B or sumthin) and will ask for drivers
simply direct the wizard to the drivers folder found in the "PC software for USB iso loading" folder
run the usbhostfs.exe and allow it with your firewall
in the black window that opens it should say usb connected - if it doesnt say this then restart devhook
goto UMD SELECT and select the iso you want to play (the other options should be set up as described above)
press START in devhook

from now on all you should need to do when you wish to play an iso via usb just launch usbhostfs.exe and load devhook
