3.10 oe-a popstation tutorial
In this tutorial i will show you how to convert a playtstaion 1 game (in .iso, .img,or .bin format) into a file playable on psp firmware version 3.10 oe-a
the only thing you need for this is
ZiNgABuRgA's simple popstation GUI - 
and ofcourse a psp running Dark_Alex custom firmware 3.10 oe-a Instructions for use

extract the simple popstation GUI to a folder of your choice

load the PopstationGUI.exe
-
click options and selct where you want the eboot to be saved and change other moptions to your liking

click browse and select the image you are going to convert
-
there should be no need to convert pal to ntsc or fix gfx as the new firmware does this for you
-
if you would like to change the images displayed on your psp simply click the customize button
-
click convert
-
copy the folder created by the gui containing the eboot.pbp to the PSP/GAME folder of your psp

enjoy your favourite ps1 games on the playstation protable
3.02 oe-b popstation tutorial
This tutorial is only for the lower custom firmware and not the latest one. You do not need any of the files contained below if you are on 3.10 oe-a and above.
In this tutorial i will show you how to convert a playtstaion 1 game (in .iso, .img,or .bin format) into a file playable on psp firmware version 3.02 OE-B
before we start you will need the following

Hot Shots Glof as downloaded off the ps3store -

Popstation with GUI -

ok, first thing to do is to download the torrent! once complete you can go to the next step

extract the popstation with GUI software to a folder where you are happy working with it
-
copy the image file of the ps1 game you are using to the popstation folder
-
extract d-hsg2.rar you have downloaded from the torrent of hot shots 2
-
from the extracted folder go to PSP/GAME/SCUS94476 and copy both EBOOT.PBP and KEYS.BIN to the popstation folder

rename EBOOT.PBP to BASE.PBP
-
load "PopStation GUI.exe" and select the ps1 game image in the popstation directory and click convert
-
a new file will appear called EBOOT.PBP
-
goto your psp and in the game folder create a new folder called SCUS_nameofpsxgame
-
copy EBOOT.PBP and KEYS.BIN from your popstation folder to the folder you just created
-
load yer psp and go to the game menu and you can load yer ps1 games from there ;)

The way this works is it makes the PSP think its playing Hot Shots 2 Golf, so your converted your PS1 will show the hot shots images. To change this simply make some images and put them in the popstation folder before you convert the file in step 7. here are the images i used for Resident Evil 3 - - simply modify them with images from your games but keep as .PNG format and dont exceed the image sizes
Note: PIC0.PNG is a dummy file, dont use it and ule see why its there ;)
